Building Six is a three-story, 18-unit building built in 1970.

The heating system is a central gas-fired boiler that circulates hot water to each unit.

The units are cooled by using a wall-mounted air conditioning unit, which is the unit owner's responsibility.

A laundry room with coin-operated machines is located on each floor.

The building has a central water softener for hot water only.

A storage locker is assigned to each unit and is located in a common room and/or laundry room on each floor.
