Building Twelve is an eight story 64 unit building with underground parking garage. The building was built in 1983.

The heating and cooling system for the building is a heat pump system running through the sprinkler system.   In the winter, the water running to each individual heating/cooling system is heated and in the summer, it is cooled.   Each unit owner is responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of their individual system.

Each unit is equipped with laundry hookups for a washer and dryer.

A storage area is assigned to each unit and is located in a common room on each floor next to the elevator.
