 Building 15, built-in 1976, is on the hill overlooking Valhalla and surrounded by a picturesque wooded area with deer and other local wildlife.  Amenities associated with Building 15 of the Valhalla Condominium Complex are as follows:

• Private driveway
• Off-street, large on-premise parking lot available for guests and extra owner parking
• Secured entrance lobby area- seating available as a lounge area
• Security-heated underground garage with direct elevator access
• One assigned parking space in the garage provided for each unit
• Indoor bicycle storage
• Shopping carts for transporting items to/from condos
• Elevator and stairway access to all 4 floors and garage area
• All units in building 15 have washer/dryer hookups
• Soft water throughout the building
• Stair access to the lower recreation area of Valhalla Complex
