Building Two is a three-story, 24-unit building, that was built in 1969.

The heating system is a central gas-fired boiler that circulates hot water to each unit.

The units are cooled by the use of a wall-mounted air conditioning unit which is the responsibility of the unit owner.

A laundry room with coin-operated machines is located on each floor.

The building has a central water softener for hot water only.

A storage locker is assigned to each unit and is located in a common room on each floor.
